The AMAG Enterprise edition is a high-performance access control and security management solution designed for larger, multi-site applications requiring centralized monitoring and database administration. AMAG Enterprise edition supports an unlimited number of readers and clients and is compatible with Windows® 2000 and XP operating systems. It uses Microsoft® SQL Server 2000 to provide unrestricted scalability and supports Redundant Server "Hot Standby Fail Over" using Microsoft Clustering Services. AMAG Enterprise features secure, efficient networking capabilities that enable multiple operators to simultaneously administer the system from different locations via a local (LAN) or wide (WAN) area network. The AMAG Enterprise is designed to work with routers, use point-to-point messaging and use minimal bandwidth. The AMAG Enterprise edition is designed to be used with AMAG's MultiNODE range of intelligent controllers to provide a turnkey access control and alarms monitoring solution. When your company expands, AMAG offers a seamless upgrade to the AMAG Global edition access control system while supporting existing AMAG hardware. AMAG also offers the integration of Microsoft Cluster Server technology as an option to the AMAG Enterprise system to deliver maximum availability and scalability through the use of failover and load balancing. AMAG Enterprise is fully compatible with all of AMAG´s security management enhancement modules.
